Primary 1 & 2

Primary 1 and Primary 2 English courses aim to help students expand their vocabulary, develop reading comprehension skills, and improve their composition writing abilities.

Primary 3

This course will cover a wide range of topics, including fiction, current affairs and science. On this basis, the course will also widen student’s vocabulary, master grammar cloze, learn reading comprehension skills, and composition writing

Primary 4

The course will help students to comprehensively improve their vocabulary. It also aims to help students’ master comprehension close and open-ended comprehension, as well as composition skills.

Primary 5

This course will include various topics, including novels, argumentative essays, current affairs and scholarly articles. On this basis, it will help students improve further on their vocabulary, helping in mastering open-ended and situational writing.

Primary 6

Focus on preparing students adequately for the eventual PSLE examination. This course will target PSLE answering strategies, with special emphasis placed on Paper 2 open-ended comprehension. Oral practice will also be conducted during lessons.
